Hazardous Condition

On 07/30/2020 around 8:25pm Chief Eckman had the station alerted for a hazardous condition for a large amount of watermelons in the roadway at the intersection of Cemetery Rd & North Main Street. Units operated for about 25 minutes to clear the main travel lanes to resume traffic flow. The watermelons were cleared to the shoulder for DelDot to come and take them away.
