Automatic Alarm - water flow activation - 28574 Cypress Rd, Peninsula Community Church

At 2122 hours the Selbyville Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for an Automatic Alarm, 28574 Cypress Rd., at the Peninsula Community Church. Command 88 (Chief Eckman) responded and was advised of a water flow activation. Engine 88-1 (Deputy Chief Lathbury) responded with a crew of 6 and took a position at the front of the building. The crew of Engine 88-1 searched the structure and found a water flow activation in the sprinkler room. The crew secured the water flow, and began overhaul by water extraction. Situation was placed under control at 2149 hours, and all cleared at 2221 hours. Units operating on scene: Command 88, Engine 88-1, Utility 88-12, and Traffic Control 88.
